3. Registration and Booking

Bookings can be made via the website, email, or telephone. A booking becomes binding once confirmed by the Provider.
 

4. Payment Terms

Payment is made according to the prices listed on the website. Invoices must be paid within the specified period. If payment is not received, the Provider reserves the right to refuse the service.
 

5. Cancellation and Appointment Changes

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount.
 

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The services provided on www.freiklang.life are intended for personal development and do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services.
 

7. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Personal data is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties.
 

8. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
