"I want to love you without holding on to you, appreciate you without judging you..., accompany you without pressuring you, invite you without making demands..., let you go without causing guilt, criticize you without hurting you, and help you without offending you. If I can receive the same from you, then we can truly meet and enrich each other."

Virginia Satir

Free time? No time!

Do you find yourself unable to carve out a moment for yourself in the whirlwind of everyday life? Has quality time with your partner become a distant memory, almost a foreign concept? It's been ages since you last met up with friends, and when you hear the term "me - time," do you think it's just something for millennials?

Pulling in the same direction! Or not?

Parents must always pull in the same direction!
Ever heard that before? Does it work for you? No?
What if there’s another way?

What if each person pulls their own string authentically and with integrity, while meeting the other with respect, goodwill, and appreciation?

Impossible? No, it’s not!

For online creative therapy sessions, you’ll need a stable internet connection and a laptop or tablet with a good microphone and camera. No need for a studio or a full set of brushes.

To begin, just paper and a pen will do - ideally, a favorite pen. Mine is a black fineliner.

If you have magazines, scissors, and glue lying around, perfect! They`re great for collages.

And if you`d like to add more color, maybe ask your child to lend you some crayons.

If you prefer other materials, art supply stores have plenty of options, but you can absolutely start without them.

He never listens?
She never says what she wants?

Does this sound familiar?
How can we say what we want to say without fear of rejection.
How can we make ourselves heard and be seen without hurting others?

How does communication actually work?

What is writing therapy actually?

Writing therapy, also known as poetry therapy or therapeutic writing, is one of the creative therapy methods alongside music, art, dance, and drama therapy. Due to its simplicity, it offers a wonderful way to organize thoughts and clarify emotions. All you need is a pen, paper, a quiet place, and some time. Through targeted exercises, experiences can be reflected on, change processes initiated, and shifts in perspective encouraged. I have personally used writing for years as a tool for self-exploration and processing experiences, and I would be happy to accompany you on your own unique writing therapy journey.

Has your partner become a stranger to you?
The older one is doing "her own thing" because you parents aren't cool enough anymore?

I offer individual, parent, and family counseling.

Children`s questions, questioned

Does your child ask profound questions, leaving you unsure how to respond? What happens when Grandma dies? Why do some people have no home? Why is there war?

Children ask questions that make us reflect deeply ourselves.
How can we find honest, child-friendly answers to life's big questions?
